  • How do I know which tutor to choose?
    Please visit our individual tutor profile pages where you can find information about each tutor's interests, achievements, and expertise. Additionally, some tutors are only available for certain subjects and age groups - you can find this information in their profiles or when you are booking. We recommend selecting a tutor who is consistently available at a preferable time.
  • I've booked a lesson - what next?
    If it's your first time booking with a certain tutor, you will receive an email with a zoom link for that tutor's personal meeting room. This same link will be used for all future lessons with that tutor. Please contact us if you have any issues.
  • What platform do you use to host lessons?
    We deliver e-tutoring via Zoom. If you have not used Zoom before, you will need to download the software prior to your first lesson. It is available for free at the following link: https://zoom.us/support/download?os=android If it's your first time booking, you will receive an email with zoom links.
  • How much are lessons?
    Lesson prices vary depending on the subject and age group, please view our booking section for specific details.
  • How do you charge your fees?
    We take online payments at the time of booking from all major debit/credit card providers. Payments are securely processed through Stripe. We will never store your card information without your consent.
  • What is your cancellation and refund policy?
    To be eligible for a refund, students can only cancel lessons up to 6 hours prior to the start time. Please contact us if you wish to cancel, or if your refund has not been automatically processed.
  • Are you hiring?
    Yes, we are! Please email us your resume and cover letter if you are interesting in becoming a Dr. Tutor.
